No, you can just not play for several months. Nothing will happen to your game. Just don't go inactive for years, then they will eventually delete your account, but there is no "sleep mode"
Inactive accounts are set up for "potential" deletion after 180 days (some accounts are missed in the sweep). This is almost 6 months. If you are only going away for four months, then you should be fine.
